In 2020, veski introduced the veski inspiring women STEM sidebyside program scholarships for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Island women, regionally based or other worthy recipients to support their participation in the program.

During the review process, given the unique environment surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19) in 2020 requests to support financial hardship were considered.

On behalf of the veski inspiring STEM sidebyside program founding partners, we would like to acknowledge and thank Victoria University and the veski foundation for their support of three deserving mid-career emerging leader’s participation in this unique professional development program in 2020.

About the program

The veski inspiring women STEM sidebyside program is an initiative to support women in the STEM industries that is led by veski with the support of the British Consulate General Melbourne. This dynamic program is designed to empower women at different career stages with the skills, networks and mindset to develop and achieve their career goals within STEM industries.
